The Board of Directors are 5 home owners of the Pinelands.
The Board’s responsibility is to maintain the common areas, assess and collect assessments from members, handle financial obligations of the subdivisions and enforce the rules and regulations within the covenants.
$310/Annually… Paid Semi-Annually, $155 January 1st, $155 July 1st
You will receive a statement on or before the 1st of January and July. Mail your check along with the coupon located at the bottom of your statement to the address on the coupon. You can also pay online at https://www.hoabankservices.com/.
- Utility Bills such as Entergy bills for lights at entrances and street lights
- Insurance for both Deer Park and Turtle Ridge
- Up keep of all Common Areas
- Special Events, Decorations, Landscaping, etc.
Annual Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of April each year.
Meetings are held at the Flowood Library at 6:00 PM.

All Residents are responsible for covenant enforcement. Everyone in the neighborhood is responsible for abiding by the rules and regulations in the covenants. Most folks may not even realize they’re breaking a covenant, so just informing them of the covenant is usually enough. If you don’t feel comfortable saying anything you can send the Board a message via the website and we’ll look into it.
